Program overview and eligibility

FormularyDecisions is a secure platform that facilitates the exchange of information between biopharma companies and healthcare decision-makers to help support medical policy and formulary development. Research Assistants collaborate with the Growth Strategies and Engagement Teams on a variety of projects, including market research, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives that enhance platform value.

This is a one-year, part-time (up to 10 - 20 hours a week), US-based remote role that may be renewed on an annual basis. Candidates pursuing a graduate-level degree with a healthcare focus such as PharmD, MBA, or other Master or PhD programs in the health sciences (public health, biomedical sciences, health informatics, etc.) are encouraged to apply.

Applications are open from August 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 and positions will start on May 1, 2026.
